For each of our projects we convert your design into a 3-D design in Solidworks for parts and tooling. Our on-site tool room utilizes CAD/CAM software along with CNC mills and EDM technology to not only build your injection mold but also maintain it for as long as necessary. Mold design must accomodate many factors; cosmetic ramifications, mold longevity, tool production speed, mold cavitiation (part costs), process required (overmolding, insert molding, resin effects) and more. Becasue we specilize in providing options that optimize your mold design from prototype to final production, we explore all possibilities and design alternatives.
